In 2005, Steve Carter founded Pulse Personal Training, now Drive 365 Fitness & Health, after returning to Canada from where he played
professional football for 3 years. As a member of the Junior National Track & Field team and a Kinesiology graduate, Steve learned early on
the importance of conditioning, nutrition and balance when it comes to living a healthy and active life. After receiving his Titleist Performance
Institute (TPI) golf fitness instructor designation in 2009, Steve set out to open a new ‘golf-oriented’ studio for Pulse Personal Training,
and Drive365 was born.
Steve’s experience working exclusively with corporate executives has given him a unique understanding of the time and health challenges
busy professionals face when it comes to balancing personal, professional, and leisure priorities. He has helped hundreds of executives strike a
balance within their unique circumstances to find a physical fitness regime that not only improves their golf swing, but improves their overall
health; allowing them to feel better, have more energy, and reduce their risk of stress-related illnesses such as cardiac illness and chronic fatigue.
As one of only five TPI level two certified fitness professionals in British Columbia, Steve is able to help his niche client base achieve a greater
work-life balance while improving their performance on the golf course.
Whether you are looking to improve your game, recover from an injury, lose excess body fat, or just gain greater strength and energy to perform your
daily activities in a more efficient manner, Steve can help you achieve your goals.
